Busy time for Microsoft

Washington, D.C. -- Tuesday was a busy day in the annals of the Microsoft Corp. antitrust trial. First, District Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson said the trial would resume no earlier than May 10. Meanwhile, executives from the software giant and a team representing the U.S. Department of Justice and the 19 states suing the company met in Washington to discuss a settlement. Both sides refused to comment on settlement discussions.
