Sausalito, Calif.--Butler Shine & Stern, an advertising and marketing firm, Monday announced that it has acquired SF Interactive, an interactive marketing agency. Terms were not disclosed. SF Interactive will retain its name and be integrated into the operations of Butler Shine & Stern, which will now be able to offer clients services that integrate direct and interactive marketing, customer analytics, design and advertising. Separately, SF Interactive has launched Ad3 rich media platform, an interactive ad unit that includes sound, video and 3D animation.
