Cadreon introduces targeted TV service

New York—Cadreon, a division of Mediabrands Worldwide, announced a partnership with Visible World to roll out Cadreon TV, a targeted TV advertising initiative.

Cadreon TV combines Web-based analytics with campaign management to deliver TV spots to highly targeted audiences. UM, a sibling agency of Mediabrands within the Interpublic Group network, will handle additional creative production responsibilities. The service offers database analysis, targeting, customization, delivery and measurement of TV spots.
