Cahill named editor of ‘Crain’s Chicago Business’

Chicago—Crain’s Chicago Business, a sibling publication to BtoB, announced Friday that Joseph B. Cahill has been named editor effective immediately. Cahill succeeds Jeff Bailey, who left the weekly publication in February. Cahill has worked in a variety of editorial positions at Crain’s Chicago Business over the past 10 years. He became the publication’s managing editor in January 2004. Previously, he was an assistant managing editor. He is a former corporate lawyer and also worked as a reporter for The Wall Street Journal.
