Canon Communications expands co-location strategy to 22 trade shows

Los Angeles —Canon Communications, a b-to-b media company which is owned by Apprise Media Co., has implemented a co-location strategy for six of the eight specialty manufacturing trade shows Canon recently acquired from Reed Business Information. The co-location strategy includes the following properties: The Assembly, Quality, and National Manufacturing Week shows will be co-located in Chicago in late September 2007; The Powder & Bulk Solids Southeast and Advanced Manufacturing Exposition will be co-located with the SouthPack, Automation Technology Expo, and Design & Manufacturing South shows in Atlanta on April 24-26, 2007; The NEPCON East/Electro show will be co-located with the OEM New England show in the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center in fall 2007; The Medical Design & Manufacturing West, WestPack, PLASTEC West, Automation Technology Expo West, Pacific Design & Manufacturing, and Electronic West shows will continue to be co-located at the Anaheim Convention Center on Feb. 13-15, 2007; The Medical Design & Manufacturing East, EastPack, PLASTEC East, Automation Technology Expo East, and Atlantic Design & Manufacturing shows will continue to be co-located in New York at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center on June 12-14, 2007; and The Medical Design & Manufacturing Minneapolis and MidPack shows will continue to be co-located in the Minneapolis Convention Center, on Oct. 25-26, 2006.
