Captivate adds advertisers to network

New York--Captivate Network Inc., which operates a network of 4,000 flat-panel TV screens in office building elevators, announced it signed several new major advertisers. Among the b-to-b brands now using Captivate are Oracle Corp., Staples Inc., Kinko's Inc., UBS Financial Services Group and Pfizer Inc. “Despite a weakened ad market, we have seen significant billings increase year to date compared to 2001,” said Michael DiFranza, president-CEO and founder of Captivate Network.
