Carat, Digitas and Draftcp

Carat—Media agency Carat, New York, has named Grant McDougall exec VP-group account director. McDougall was previously managing director of the London office of Modem Media/Digitas, where he led the Hewlett-Packard global account. In his new position, he will be responsible for leading several global and domestic accounts for Carat.

Digitas—Digital and direct marketing agency Digitas, Boston, has hired David Jaye as senior VP-marketing. Jaye was previously managing director of Wunderman Interactive UK, London. In his new role, he will oversee the agency’s marketing services and client relationships.

Draftfcb—Draftfcb Chicago announced the promotions of three members of its creative team. Melody Jeter has been named VP-director of creative technology from VP-director of technology; Michael Stout has been named VP-creative director from creative director; and Mark Myers has been named VP-associate creative director from associate creative director.
