Chicago—Interactive agency Carat Fusion announced Monday that it will work with Click Forensics, a third-party click fraud detection service, to monitor its advertising clients' pay-per-click search marketing campaigns.

Carat said it monitors tens of millions of clicks per month.

"On any given day, our interactive campaigns can span thousands of search terms, and we want to make sure advertisers get what they pay for," said Jason Clement, associated director-SEM at Carat Fusion, in a statement.

The announcement was made at the Search Engine Strategies 2006 Conference & Expo in Chicago.
