Chicago—Online job site CareerBuilder will drop its advertising agency of record, Wieden+Kennedy, Portland, Ore., and take its advertising in-house, according to the company.

“Wieden+Kennedy has delivered an outstanding campaign that has helped to bring the CareerBuilder brand to the next level,” said CareerBuilder CMO Richard Castellini in a statement. “We made a strategic decision to leverage the expertise of our marketing pros in-house.”

CareerBuilder said it plans to continue the current campaign developed by Wieden called “Start Building.”
