Carmichael Lynch names Fischer president

Minneapolis—Advertising agency Carmichael Lynch, Minneapolis, announced that Marcus Fischer has been appointed president. He succeeds Doug Spong, who was named managing partner-president of Carmichael Lynch Spong, the agency's public relations division. Fischer has been with the agency since August as chief strategy officer and will retain that position in addition to his new role as president.
