Published on .

New York—CBS Interactive, which acquired CNET Networks for $1.8 billion last year, has restructured and eliminated an unspecified number of positions, according to an internal memo. The memo said CBSNews.com and CNET’s News.com will merge to form the CBS Interactive News Group but will maintain their own brand identities. The group will be led by Mark Larkin, with Dan Farber as editor in chief.
