CDS Global launches product to help reconnect with customers

Des Moines, Iowa—Data management company CDS Global has introduced a product it says helps direct marketers reconnect with their customers.

ReAddress targets direct marketers’ suspended or inactive customers who have requested and paid for merchandise but have been unable to receive the products because their addresses on file are undeliverable. ReAddress helps reactivate up to 20% of these customers by finding new or materially improved addresses, according to the company.
