Published on .

New York—Dow Jones & Co. announced Monday staff changes in the sales operation of Dow Jones Online.

Brian Quinn has been named VP of ad sales and marketing and will oversee all sales efforts for Dow Jones Online, which includes Barron’s Online, Marketwatch.com and WSJ.com. Earlier this year, Quinn was promoted to VP and national sales manager for Dow Jones Online. At the same time, Ken Detlet has been promoted to executive director, sales operations for Dow Jones Online from director; and Daniel Bernard joins Dow Jones Online’s ad unit as VP-marketing. Bernard was most recently global head of advertising development and product design for Reuters Consumer Media, where he was responsible for developing online, mobile and video strategies for clients.

The staff changes come less than two weeks after Randy Kilgore, a veteran ad sales executive, resigned as senior VP-advertising at Dow Jones Online.
