Haarlem, the Netherlands—Anglo-Dutch media giant VNU, which is in the process of being acquired by a group of private equity investors, Tuesday named a new CEO and replaced all but one member of its supervisory board.

VNU said CEO Rob van den Bergh is resigning and will be succeeded by CFO Rob Ruijter, who will hold both positions for the time being.

VNU, one of the largest media conglomerates, owns ACNielsen, Nielsen Media Research and a portfolio of trade titles that includes Billboard and The Hollywood Reporter.
