Chase, Euclid/eCorporate Partners to inject $15 million into IntraLinks

New York--Chase Manhattan Bank and Euclid/eCorporate Partners will invest $15 million in IntraLinks, a company that develops Internet software for businesses. IntraLinks, New York, will use the money to fund acquisitions. IntraLinks' customers include Ernst & Young L.L.P. Chase is rapidly entrenching itself in the business-to-business Web marketplace. In late January, it launched a $100 million venture capital fund that will invest in European b-to-b Internet companies.
