CheetahMail adds real-time email customization

New York—Experian CheetahMail, the email marketing division of digital marketing company Experian Marketing Services, has added tools that allow for email content to be changed even after the emails have been sent. Using technology from Movable Ink, CheetahMail blasts can be updated in real time based on events as they happen, location or time of day, or changed every time the email is opened or reopened, according to Experian CheetahMail. Additional new capabilities include real-time RSS feeds in emails, adding tweets to emails and geotargeting, as well as the ability to send different kinds of email promotions to different kinds of devices, according to the company.
