Toronto--Click2Net Inc. said it would add session-based campaigns to its TrueImpact Ad Management software. The enhancement lets marketers target users with ads for the duration of their Web site visit. Session-based advertising is a new model that approaches traditional media by exposing users to sequential advertising and allowing them to spend more time with ads. The New York Times Digital recently announced Surround Sessions, a similar model, at NYTimes.com.
