Clio names Fallon agency of the year

Miami Beach, Fla.--Fallon was named agency of the year at the 43rd Annual Clio Awards, which recognize outstanding advertising. DDB Worldwide was recognized as agency network of the year, and Harvest Films Inc. was named production company of the year.

Fallon took away two Grand Clios, one in Internet advertising and another in innovative media, for work on the BMW account.

The first runner-up for agency of the year was DDB Chicago, which won a Grand Clio in radio for its Bud Light campaign. The second runner-up for agency of the year was Ogilvy, Singapore.

The U.S. led this year's Clio Awards with 105 statues, followed by England with 24 and Germany with 23. Brazil led Latin America with 18 statues, and Singapore led Asia with 17.
