CMP to shut down ‘mBusiness’

San Francisco, Calif.--United Business Media’s CMP Media L.L.C. will shutter mBusiness magazine after its March issue. The magazine covered the mobile telecommunications industry and billed itself as “the voice of the mobile economy.” Like virtually all tech media companies, CMP saw its ad pages decline last year, dropping 26.3% overall and 51.9% in its general business and new economy titles.
