CMR acquires Adscope Inc.

New York--Taylor Nelson Sofres plc, the parent company of CMR, has acquired Adscope Inc. Adscope, which provides advertising expenditure information for the high-tech industry, will operate as a division of CMR's b-to-b operations. The acquisition gives CMR, a provider of strategic advertising and marketing communication information, the opportunity to expand its b-to-b portfolio of services in the U.S. and worldwide. For the past 20 years Adscope has worked with several key clients in the publishing and advertising industries, including Time Inc., Ziff Davis Media Inc. and the McCann-Erickson Worldwide Inc.
