CNET reports loss and lower revenues

San Francisco--CNET Networks Inc. reported a net loss of $31.1 million, or 22 cents a share, for the first quarter, compared with a net loss of $316.6 million, or $2.33 cents a share, for the same period in 2001. Revenues for the quarter were $55.7 million, compared with $75.2 million a year earlier.
