Published on .

Santa Clara, Calif.—Online measurement company comScore and SEMDirector, a search marketing automation company, announced they have launched a joint marketing initiative to provide analysis for managing large paid and organic search advertising programs.

The joint venture will enable search advertisers to measure their share of clicks and impressions on all major search engines compared with those of their competitors. It also provides for comScore and SEMDirector to co-sell each other's programs to their Fortune 500 customer bases.

ComScore recently announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5.3 million shares of its common stock at $16.50 per share.
