Concerto rolls out updated products

Westford, Mass.—Call center software company Concerto Software Tuesday unveiled updated versions of its performance products.

Analyzer 3.3.1 and Campaign Optimizer 6.6.1 offer integration with EnsemblePro, Concerto’s product suite platform, without the need for third-party integration modules.

"These two products allow contact center managers to spend less time producing performance data and more time focusing on developing calling strategies targeted at their most valuable contacts," said Robert Kelly, VP-performance optimization solutions at Concerto Software.
