Condé Nast announces executive moves

New York—Condé Nast, a unit of Advance Publications, announced Friday a number of executive changes designed to increase the company’s focus on digital connectivity. Charles Townsend remains CEO and has appointed Robert A. Sauerberg, formerly group president-consumer marketing, as president of Condé Nast.

Additionally, the publisher said John Bellando will become CFO in addition to his current title of COO. In this role, he will oversee the finances of Condé Nast, Parade and the Fairchild Fashion Group, publisher of WWD.

Condé Nast also said that Louis Cona, currently exec VP-Condé Nast Media Group, will become the company’s CMO.
