Condé Nast expands online video business with partner Brightcove

New York—Condé Nast Publications has tapped Brightcove as their online video platform partner in a deal enabling the publisher to launch advertising-supported video initiatives across the company’s Web sites.

Under the terms of the deal announced today, Conde Nast Web site producers will use Brightcove’s next-generation online video platform for publishing online video, managing syndication and viral distribution, and integrating advertising.

The first Condé Nast sites to launch with Brightcove include Wired.com, Portolio.com, Glamour.com, Parade.com and Self.com.

Over the coming months sixteen additional properties will be added.
