Constant Contact launches event marketing tool for small businesses

Waltham, Mass.—E-mail marketing and survey company Constant Contact has introduced a new online service for small businesses to promote and manage live events.

Constant Contact Event Marketing handles event promotion and registration via event home page creation, e-mail invitations and confirmations. It also manages communications, including sending out reminders to invitees and registrants; enables credit card processing via PayPal; and captures and reports on registration and payments. Pricing starts at $15 per month for up to five concurrent events.
