ConsumerBase CEO buys Statlistics

Chicago—Larry Organ, CEO of direct marketing company ConsumerBase, has acquired list management and brokerage company Statlistics. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Chicago-based ConsumerBase and Statlistics, based in Danbury, Conn., will continue to operate under their current names and will function as divisions of a new company, Exact Data. Organ will serve as Exact Data chairman, and Statlistics President-CEO John Papalia will be vice chairman of the parent company.
