Contactology, ClickTale partner on post-click analytics for e-mail campaigns

Durham, N.C.—Contactology, a provider of e-mail marketing and online survey technologies, announced this week a technology partnership with ClickTale, a provider of Web analytics and customer experience optimization. The partnership will enable marketers to track Web movements of opt-in e-mail subscribers through recorded video of their actions on subsequent visits to a Web site. Marketers can then use that information to optimize e-mail campaigns and landing pages, according to the companies.
