Crain Communications completes sale of radio stations to Vox Communications

Detroit—Crain Communications Inc. announced Wednesday that the sale of its two radio stations, WWUS-FM and WCNK-FM, to Vox Communications has been completed.

The agreement to sell the stations was first announced in October.

In addition to owning the two former Crain stations, which are operated out of Big Pine Key, Fla., Vox Communications owns or operates 14 radio stations in Florida, Massachusetts, Vermont and New York. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
