New York--Crain Communications Inc. has announced the launch of BtoB,
``Advertising Age's Newspaper of the Marketing Revolution.'' BtoB
will be the only publication devoted to the business-to-business marketplace and the effects of e-commerce. The magazine will launch March 27 as a fortnightly with a controlled circulation of 55,000 top executives at Fortune 1,000 companies who have input on e-commerce and b-to-b marketing strategies. BtoB
will be published in Chicago and will include breaking news, in-depth analysis of technology and trends, e-business case studies, exclusive data and reviews of marketing campaigns. David Klein, publishing and editorial director of The Ad Age Group, said: ``While all eyes are focused on how consumer companies are adapting to the Internet, the real revolution is taking place in the business-to-business world. will fill the information void that currently exists for business-to-business marketing champions.'' Crain will no longer publish Business Marketing.
