Criteo buys AD-X Tracking

Published on .

Paris—Retargeting company Criteo has acquired mobile technology company AD-X Tracking. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. AD-X Tracking's offerings optimize mobile campaigns, providing intelligence about which sources deliver the most engaged and relevant users. The addition of AD-X technology, which supports Android, BlackBerry, iOS and Windows mobile devices, will enable Criteo to offer retargeting programs on mobile devices, Criteo said in a statement. AD-X Tracking, based in London, has a U.S. office in San Francisco. It will remain a standalone business, Criteo said.
