CRM, loyalty marketing vet joins Rapp Collins-New York

New York--Advertising and direct marketing firm Rapp Collins-New York has hired Donald Neal as its senior VP-marketing director, a new position. Neal, 42, will serve as the lead agency contact on key accounts such as Exxon Mobil Corp. and Kaiser Permanente. Previously, he was CEO of New York-based Focalpoint Marketing Inc., which develops CRM programs. Before that, he was director of marketing and strategic alliances-loyalty marketing group at Hallmark Cards Inc. There, he co-led the management team that launched Hallmark's b-to-b direct marketing division.
