CRM specialist Cerida plans expansion

Andover, Mass.-Cerida Corp., a specialist in customer relationship, plans a major expansion over the next three years. The company, which was started with $50,000 in funding in 1993, said Friday it will open 12 new offices nationally over the next three years. In February, it will open an office in Pittsfield, Mass., followed by the establishment of a West coast hub later this year. Southeast and Midwest offices will open in 2002 and 2003. The 140-employee company is expected to grow to 1,800 employees during the expansion. Cerida was formerly known as TeleSales Inc.
