CrossCommerce, CoVia tie a knot

Published on .

San Francisco-Channel management software developer CrossCommerce Inc. said it has reached an agreement with portal developer CoVia Technologies Inc. to include its software within CoVia implementations. The deal calls for CoVia, Mountain View, Calif., to license the branded CrossCommerce portal software when customers of its CoVia InfoPortal enterprise portal software seek private-label, personalized shopping sites. The deal is significant because CoVia already has some traction with big customers, including Intuit Inc., Automatic Data Processing Inc., Wells Fargo & Co. and American Airlines.
