Burlingame, Calif.--CrossWorlds Software, a business software company, announced Tuesday that Alfred Amoroso has been named president-CEO. CrossWorlds, whose applications integrate enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management and supply chain packages, has filed for an initial public offering.
