Customer Communications, Pluris to offer promotions solution

Denver, Colo.—Customer Communications Group, a customer relationship marketing company, has formed a partnership with marketing analytics company Pluris Marketing in offering a product that optimizes and personalizes promotions, discounts and offers.

Called COMP, for CCG Optimized Marketing Platform, the solution uses data analysis and modeling to optimize offers and messages in near real time, to drive traffic from a company's most profitable customers, according to the companies.

Customer Communications said that many of its clients have found that, because of poor offer targeting and optimization, more than half their promotions and discounts were reducing margins on generated revenue.
