Wakefield, Mass.—The new Customer Experience Professionals Association
will hold its inaugural members meeting Oct. 19-20 in Boston.
The association, founded in April, provides educational and networking opportunities in customer experience management. Founding corporate members include Adobe Systems, Clarabridge Inc., Cox Communications, EMC Corp., Fidelity Investments and Microsoft Corp.
The meeting, dubbed the CXPA Members Insight Exchange,
will be held at Boston's Omni Parker House Hotel.
