The IT consulting and services company says it's “fostering the techno-dexterity of millennial employees.” A series of banners in this online ad conveys a youthful, playful vibe as they note: “Your company will embrace blogging ... social networks ... virtual collaboration ... and probably 3 others things your kids already do.” The banners feature the fresh faces of the millennials. The tone grows more serious on the landing pages, where Cognizant presents a series of narrated slide shows on such topics as “The new world of business” or “The new technology.” Clue: Cognizant demonstrates a command of what the future of work will look like, and perhaps that's all it wants to do. But it needs to go one better by issuing some type of call to action.
