Cut to the Chase: GE

Published on .

Company: GE Capital, Fairfield, N.J. Agency: N/A Market: Corporate executives, chief financial officers Quick chase: Look! Up in the air. It's a bird. It's a plane. It's a bond-building exercise between GE Capital's Declan Kelly and Jet Blue CEO Dave Barger. In this entertaining, well-produced 30-second spot, they each control separate remote-controlled miniature aircraft that race through the sky while Kelly, with his Irish brogue, describes the joy of working with airline customers like Jet Blue. They're so comfortable with each other that they bicker playfully over who executed the best landing. Clue: The spot was a creative way for GE Capital to underscore how it partners with clients to create positive outcomes.
