Cut to the chase: Print

Published on .

Company: Allsteel, Muscatine, Iowa Agency: BBDO, Minneapolis Market: Office managers, purchasing managers Quick chase: The best seat in the house appears to be in the office, at least an office furnished with Allsteel chairs. From the looks of this ad, a man who's been spoiled by the intuitive ergonomics of an Allsteel office chair will have a hard time staying put in more conventional seating, such as at a movie theater. The metaphor works well. Even better are the photographs of the chairs that include callouts of key features: a quick tension lever and a body adaptive control. The photos of the chair and the accompanying text provide a crisp, clean appearance—obviously a look worth conveying when selling the benefits of smart ergonomics. Clue: Down in front!
