Company: Zantaz, Pleasanton, Calif. Agency: Thunder Factory, San Mateo, Calif. Market: CIOs Quick chase: It's a scene of carnage. One pencil has been angrily snapped in half. Another pencil was used to puncture a stress ball and yet another was used to spear a plastic coffee cup whose contents have been spilled on the desk. It's all the handiwork of the IS person responding to the dreaded words: "The e-mail is down." Zantaz, which bills itself as an information retention and discovery management company, rides to the rescue in this well-choreographed spread. Zantaz says it has a variety of solutions to reduce information risk and costs. The ad shows remarkable insight into the customer's corporate frustrations. Clue: Zantaz, like the popular antidepressant with a remarkably similar brand name, will improve users' spirits.
