Cymfony names Nail as its first chief marketing officer

Watertown, Mass.—Cymfony, a media measurement and market research firm, on Wednesday named Jim Nail, most recently the principal analyst at Forrester Research, as its first chief marketing and strategy officer. During his eight-year tenure at Forrester, Nail focused on integrated marketing practices. Cymfony also named Ted Crouch VP-engineering. Crouch previously led global software development at GTECH Holdings and also served as VP-product development for Reed Business International.
