D&B announces on-demand master data management tool

Short Hills, N.J.—Dun & Bradstreet’s Purisma Solutions Group has launched an on-demand version of its master data management solution called Complete Customer.

As an enterprise master data management tool, Complete Customer provides an integrated, real-time view of all customer interactions, plus CRM data hygiene, according to the company. Its on-demand (SaaS) delivery helps realize economies in cost and implementation, D&B said.

D&B acquired Redwood City, Calif.-based Purisma in 2007, adding customer hub integration to its business information services.
