D&B buys Zapdata.com parent

Published on .

Murray Hill, N.J.--Dun & Bradstreet Corp. said Thursday that it has entered into a deal to buy iMarket Inc., Waltham, Mass., for an undisclosed sum. The deal means D&B gains access to iMarket's Zapdata.com Internet portal for buying direct sales leads. The site has more than 40,000 registered customers, and its purchase should increase D&B's presence with marketers at small and midsize companies.
