New York--The Daily Deal,
a newspaper aimed at financial executives, lawyers, consultants and institutional investors, has begun distributing in Chicago. The Chicago launch will be followed this fall by rollouts in St. Louis, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Mo., Detroit and Minneapolis. The paper is also distributed in New York, San Francisco and London. It is attempting to entrench itself with upper-level execs as the go-to source for financial news, but faces stiff competition from The Wall Street Journal
and The Financial Times.
