San Francisco—Dapper, an online advertising company, announced a new service called Behavioral Remessaging, which retargets users on Web sites based on previous sites visited and activity conducted.

The service allows advertisers to reach previous visitors on their Web sites with updated offers and marketing messages to reflect current market conditions or new-product offerings. For example, an airline could target a user with an ad featuring updated pricing and availability on a flight previously viewed on another site. The service is available at www.dapper.net.
