Database marketer Merkle restructures operations

Columbia, Md.—Database marketing agency Merkle has completed a reorganization into what it is calling an “agency within an agency.”

The reorganization is designed to centralize services and create more analytically driven marketing solutions. Previously, Merkle’s creative and production management units were divided into groups supporting commercial and nonprofit clients.

The newly formed Agency Services group will provide creative and production services, including campaign management, copywriting, design and account management.

Merkle Exec VP Michael Mathias will oversee the group.
