New York—Based on its success so far, The Deal L.L.C. plans to boost its number of custom publications this year.
The Deal produced two 24-page publications in 2004 focused on international markets that were stitched into copies of The Deal, said Lisa Balter, VP-custom media at The Deal and a panelist at American Business Media’s Publishers’ Roundtable Thursday.
This year the company plans to produce four of the custom publications.
The Deal has also increased its advertising rates for the publications. "We took prices up slightly this year over last year," Balter said.
