Round Rock, Texas—Computer technology company Dell Inc. has chosen Pardot to be the marketing automation supplier for its Dell Cloud Business Applications service to small and midsize businesses.
The Dell business-support service resells a selection of productivity and marketing solutions, all of which are cloud-based and serviced by Dell. In addition to Pardot's participation, they include sales and customer service solutions from Salesforce.com Inc.; contract signature technology from Adobe Systems; document and report generators; and performance analysis from Dell's Cloud Integrated Analytics solution.
“Dell wants to have an impact on every piece of the customer's business that can all be done through one point of contact through Dell,” Adam Blitzer, Pardot COO, told BtoB. “The nice thing about being included is that Dell's client base for its cloud services is right in our wheelhouse, focusing on SMBs. We're excited about being included with the other applications.”
Pardot pricing through the Dell service will be the same as that offered to Pardot's own customers, starting at $1,000 a month, Blitzer said.
