San Francisco—Lead-generation software company Demandbase Inc. has created a company identification module for Google Analytics, which provides additional company information within the popular Web analytics tool.
The module enables Google Analytics to identify Web traffic by company, industry, size, location, revenue and customer status. The integration also allows marketers to report site metrics by account.
Last month, Demandbase linked
its customer analytics technology to Salesforce.com to improve sales responses in real time within the customer relationship management tool.
